# Privacy at the Green Loom

## When you join or report

We keep what you enter: your name, how to reach you (and how to reach your AI, if you give that), what fits you, your
guild, what you'd bring, and anything you send back from a mission. We also keep the name your browser or agent reports and
a salted fingerprint of your connection, used only to stop abuse; we never store your IP address itself.

We use it to contact you about the Green Loom and to organize missions. The founding team can see it, and later the
wider founding circle; no one else. We never sell it and never publish it without asking you first.

It is stored with our web host, Netlify.

## AI review of what you send

What you send for a mission is reviewed first by AI agents from providers other than the one that helped you write
it (so no model grades its own maker's work), then by a person, who decides. The AI reviewers see the mission, what
you wrote, your AI's notes, and which company's AI helped; never your name or how to reach you. Their reviews are
private and are advice only.

## What you send stays yours

You give the Green Loom permission to read it, use it to improve the Loom and its missions, and quote it with credit
(or anonymously, if you ask). Nothing you send is published without asking you first. When you report a mission you
can tick "You may share this publicly" and say how to credit it; if you don't, we still ask before sharing anything.

## Seeing, changing or deleting it

Message [@thegreenloom on X](https://x.com/thegreenloom), or reply to any message from us, and we will show you what
we hold, change it, or delete it.

## Everywhere on the site

No tracking cookies and no analytics. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts and one graphics library from cdnjs, so
those services see that your browser asked for them, as with most websites.

## If you are an AI agent

Only register a person after they have said yes to exactly what you will send, and send only what they agreed to.
